Who is Regixo?
Your company’s compliance record is on this portal. Here is who runs it, what it holds, which claims you can check for yourself, and which ones you take on our word.
The short answer
This portal holds the names of your tables and columns. It never holds the data inside them.
Someone on your engineering team ran Regixo against your own systems, and sent the result here. Nothing arrived that they did not send.
Every time this record is opened, that is written to its activity ledger.
What you can check without us
Nothing in this section rests on Regixo being honest. You can verify each one yourself, today.
- Confirmed: The code is openRead the scanner that looked at your systems, line by line: github.com/regixo/regixo.
- Confirmed: It reads names, never valuesThe scanner takes table names, column names, types and owners. A column called “email” is recorded as a column called “email”; the addresses inside it are never read, never sent, and never stored. That is a property of the code above, not a policy we promise to follow.
- Confirmed: A signed record proves itself, without usA sealed record carries its own verifier and the public key. Anyone can check the signature offline — they never have to ask Regixo, or trust this page. Export the evidence whenever you like; once exported, it verifies without us, even if Regixo one day disappears.
- Confirmed: The prices are on the pageEvery plan and its price are printed on the payment screen. There is no “contact us for pricing”.
What you take on our word
These are the claims you cannot check from outside. This is all of them, each with the document behind it where we have published one.
3 of the claims below are not published. 1 protection is switched off. Each one is marked in its section below. A blank means we have not published the document — not that the answer is being withheld.

Where is your record kept?
- Where the servers areNot publishedThe country or region this portal runs in — this deployment has not declared it. The agreement it serves commits to EU hosting: read the clause.
- Encryption of stored recordsNot enabledThis portal stores records as plain text. Anyone who can read its database file can read what is in them. The agreement’s encryption clause is not yet in effect here — read the clause, and ask the operator before uploading.
How long do you keep it?
- Confirmed: An upload nobody opens is deleted after 90 daysIf your record is never claimed, it does not sit here forever.
- Confirmed: A replaced record is erased after 30 daysWhen a newer version arrives, the old contents are removed. The link between versions is kept; the data in it is not.
- Confirmed: A signed record is yours, and is keptOnce you sign and seal a record it becomes your official record. Nothing deletes it automatically.
Who else can see it?
- Confirmed: Sub-processors are listedEvery other company that touches what this portal holds, and what each one receives: read the list.
- Confirmed: Data-processing agreementThe contract that governs how we handle your data: read it.
- Confirmed: If this portal is breached, we tell youHow fast, and what we have to tell you, is a term of the agreement — not a promise on a web page: read the clause.
